WHY ME?
A life defining moment happens in your life, usually a trauma or life changing disease, for example. This event can be addressed with a 'poor me, or 'why me' posture, or treated as an opportunity for enlightenment. This is why this site probably does not resonate with you now, as the time is not yet right for you. But, the moment will present itself and then it all becomes clear. Until then relax with consciousness.and watch life unfold. During the traumatic event, my insights may help.
I have made sense of my life and share my insights with you in hopes it can be a positive factor in your life. But first!
MY OBJECTIVES
Relax! I'm not trying to sell you something, this is a not for profit site. Consider it my gift to humanity.
The positive factor about having a life changing disease, is the opportunity to read and reflect, as one often does on their death bed, so I'm told. I thought about life, death, health and more. I have had time to read books by spiritual writers, that resonated strongly with me. The words and thoughts below, are mostly from Neale Donald Walsch. I felt it necessary to share my insights on this site, in hopes in can benefit you. Let me emphasize that in no way am I advising you what to believe or even think, only something that may possibly provide a pause for reflection, when the time is right for you. (remember when it was commonly thought that the world was flat!)
Welcome to my site. My internet name is Pat Burgess, spirit name risingsun and I am a Canadian. I have the symptoms of multiple sclerosis, which after my family, has been one of the best things to happen in my life. I have been dealt lemons, and made lemonade from them, which I now share with you. You see, it has propelled me on along my spiritual path and helped make me a better person by giving me the opportunity, to find out who I really am. My dis-ease has provided me with different perspectives and insights, which I share with you on this site.

From what I have read from the books by N.D. Walsch, there are around 175 levels of consciousness or states of mind in the afterlife, where all spirits that are there echo the same level of consciousness last developed on earth I am so pleased that this site contains content that could impact your life.
WHY DID I COME HERE?
Quoting from the introduction of the book 'Home with God', co-written by N.D. Walsch, your soul has brought you here because the Universe understands that you have been quietly calling for answers to the questions all humans ask, such as - What is going on here in this life and what will happen when this life is over? Will we be reunited with our loved ones when life is over? Will we be reunited with loved ones who've gone before? Will God (God-Energy) be there to greet us? Will it be judgment day? Will we be facing the possibility of everlasting damnation? Will we be allowed to sneak into heaven? Will we know what's going on after death? Will anything BE going on? Don't be frightened during the time of passing into the next world. Life is meant to be a time of joy and death is a time of even greater joy (assuming you let life take its natural course). My wish for you, is that this life is one of constant joy and peace and that what awaits you is happy anticipation, after you have lived and experienced your natural life.
Written by Diana Copper in her book on Spiritual Laws, a window of opportunity has opened now for spiritual growth, Many souls are wishing to incarnate to take advantage of it. We have the chance to pay off all our Karmic debt and master our lessons (Karma is the consequence of previous action). At this time there is more spiritual guidance than ever before so that we can move quickly towards ascension. This new level of consciousness will change the way we live and the way we are. This change in consciousness develops as our planets line up with the universe. This change will start and be felt in the extreme weather patterns leading to a change in our consciousness.

What every religion has in common with one another is a stillness. Please show respect for every individuals personal choice as it will make for a better world and makes us a better human. No path is superior to another.

Religion, whether practiced by one or many, generally consists of a "set path" or a working guide to either enlightenment or salvation. It consists of such things as dogma and rituals as a way to commune with the religion's deity or as a path to enlightenment.
Spirituality is the desire and drive behind what a person believes. It can either be accompanied by a religion/dogma or stand alone. If a person believes in something greater whether it is a deity (fill in your preferred name here), enlightenment or something unnamable, and acts upon that belief in some way (prayer, meditation, good will towards others, acts of kindness, living a "good life" or bad, pursuit of higher knowledge etc.) then that person could be seen as spiritual. Many people label themselves spiritual when they have the belief in something greater but cannot bring themselves to trust in a set religion or dogma.
Golden Rule If the time is still not right for you, there is the 'golden rule' where one should behave toward others as one would have others behave toward oneself. Whatever is right for you, please note, that one way is not better than another, it is just different! Follow a path that makes you a better person.
Agnostic Beliefs You may choose to be an agnostic, who does not deny the existence of God and heaven but holds that one cannot know for certain whether or not they exist.
Atheism You may disbelieve in or have a denial of the existence of God or gods. This is called atheism.
Guardian Angel Regardless of our free will chosen direction, we are never alone but guided, if we would only 'still' our mind and listen deeply. We all have at least one.
There are so many decisions to make that going into neutral while waiting for a better time to decide, may be your choice. It is urgent to remember that no one path is better than another, it is just different!
WE ARE NEVER ALONE
You are never alone as you experience and use your free will. Each one of us has a Guardian Angel around us. This Angel guides us constantly, but we too often don't listen, or learn to listen! When we have or feel that 'feeling' or intuition or inner voice, it is our Guardian Angel trying to get our attention. Trust that 'feeling' and relax as you go with the guiding flow. We have multitudes of Angels who care for us. We cant' see them,but they are there. (another dimension?)
When you feel the time is right, knowing that spirit can work with electricity, turn on a table lamp near you, put out thoughts and wait. Spirit can interrupt the flow of electricity by passing their hand through it. When you see a light bulb flicker, either outdoor or indoor lighting. it is spirit. When you feel a draft at your feet, spirit has entered your space.
IT ALL MAKES SENSE IN THIS FULL CIRCLE MOMENT
WE ARE BORN AND USUALLY SCHOOLED INTO OUR PARENTS/FAMILIES RELIGION OR SPIRITUAL WAYS. OVER TIME, WE EMBRACE WHAT WE ARE BORN INTO, OR BRANCH OUT FOLLOWING OUR OWN REBELLION OR GROWTH. WE ARE PART OF OVER 20 MAJOR RELIGIONS IN OUR WORLD, OR EMBRACE WHAT TOTALS OVER 40,000 VARIATIONS OF A PREFERRED DOGMA, OR CHOOSE SPIRITUALITY WHICH QUESTIONS DOGMA, OR ATHEISM, OR AGNOSTIC BELIEFS, OR THE GOLDEN RULE, OR WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE IN THE TIMING OF YOUR CHOICE.
IN THE SHORT TERM, IT IS NOT CRITICAL WHAT BELIEFS YOU CHOOSE TO LIVE, AS IT IS ALL A FREE CHOICE FEELING AND THE REASON WE REINCARNATE TO EXPERIENCE EARTH. KNOWLEDGE PLUS FEELINGS CREATE THE OBJECTIVE OF COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE.WHEN WE DIE, WE GET WHAT WE EXPECT TO HAPPEN. IN OTHER WORDS, THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG WAY, JUST ANOTHER WAY.
THE IMPORTANT THING IS TO RESPECT EACH OTHER'S BELIEFS, WITHOUT CREATING BAD KARMA.
WHAT IS KARMA?
Karma is said to be the consequence of a past action. It is said, that if you have ever done anything wrong, you will be pay for it in some shape or form. For every action, there is a reaction. For every cause, there is an effect.
One wholehearted decision in the present not to repeat the past will free you of many lifetimes of karmic consequences. Many believe that your current life presents the opportunity to repay Karmic debt.
AS I WAS SAYING
I look at my life as part of the `big picture`, I see it through the eyes of the afterlife, from the "bigger picture" or perspective. I know that I note my life on earth is but a blink of the eye in the life of my Spirit. The contents and concepts of this site are from others that may enhance your life and that pleases me.
In general, we don't acknowledge that we are a Spirit using a physical body and have a forming mind to experience designed to develop a life lesson for evolvement, that make us a better person. We can be thrown off course by an excess use of alcohol. drugs. misused medication, lack of love, unhealthy beliefs and unknown generations of images that play in our cells.
There is always going to be a challenge to experience and feel. Accept this challenge with unwavering acceptance. Always love yourself, Life is a game not a challenge. Treat others the way you would like to be treated, When it is time to 'look back and review' it is seen as so easy.
What plays on your life and determines future events, are the consequences to past actions that you put your mind to. A word explaining these events is called Karma. Positive Karma develop positive events, as opposed to negative Karma. Relax, knowing that Karma issues justice, so you don't have to.
I have the opportunity because of my health problem, to say "why me" or "poor me", or to be thankful for my experience and learn from it. I have chosen the latter and consider it a blessing. This site mirrors my reflection, with hope it can help you. I have reflected the written words of mostly N.D.Walsch.
My words reflect an inner journey that followed my outer journey, an outer journey that we all experience as a way of coping and progressing with life. My earnest hope is that a part of your day, however brief, be devoted to the stillness of your inner journey, in co-junction of your outer journey. At first, my insights may seem foreign to you and out of place but, when the time is right can act as a guide post, that become clearer with time and effort.
EASE INTO IT?

I feel that The bottom line for me is that I feel comfortable with not knowing, after thinking I figured it all out, so I think and realized that everything happens for a reason. Only in the afterlife will we know everything with certainty.
My overall message is that your dis-ease is a blessing! It has a purpose that benefits you. Relax your worries and go with and allow the flow. It has the potential to make you a better person, that can elevate your level of consciousness for this life and life-times that follow.

WEEK 1 ACCEPTING WHAT IS
Imagine that you are swimming in a wide river where the current has a determined mind and direction. It flows it's course. That force is like life, in that if you swim against this tide, your bodily efforts drain you of energy, as it experiences strain against your determined route. When you float with the flow of the river and let it take you where it will and you better survive as you accept the flows' direction as your own. You survive better, cope and feel less stress. In doing so. you feel at ease going where it takes you, knowing it is meant to be and you are in loving hands.
WEEK 2 APPRECIATION
You only appreciate what you have when you don't have it.
WEEK 3 SUPPORT SYSTEM
You are looked after by a myriad of spirits that follow your every thought. You don't see these spirits but can feel them. When a light flickers, or you feel a short draft at your feet, spirit is there. Spirit can often be part of your instinct, please trust it. You are never alone and they love you.
WEEK 4 OVER TO YOU
There is no right or wrong answer to this question.......... the answer to this question will tell me where your head is at.........are you a spirit having an earthly experience, or an earthling having a spiritual experience
WEEK 5 MY ANSWER (and how I guide my life)
Think of yourself as an orb of light, using a physical body as a method to experience life events. The orb is roughly the size of a softball and is void of air/space. Our physical body is comprised of mostly water (71%) . The space between the electrons, protons and neutron has gone, leaving an orb of pure and condensed energy.
Once you know who you are, you can reinvent yourself as to what you seek to be. There are people, indeed entire groups of people, who have been born into what we call disadvantaged. Each soul creates for itself the exact people, events and circumstances needed to accomplish what it needs to accomplish. You choose everything, your parents, your cousin, your country of birth. All the circumstances designed to bring you to your re-entry that provides the free will opportunity to evolve, if you choose.
This is a major, major life changing moment, if you choose.
WEEK 6 YOUR CHOICE

WEEK 7 WHAT IS KARMA?

Can I escape the consequences of karma? In short, yes. Just because you have made mistakes in the past, it doesn´t mean you have to pay for them by way of karma in the future. As I have said before, you can cancel a lifetime of karmic debt, by deciding in the present, not to make the same mistake in the future.
One wholehearted decision in the present not to repeat the past will free you of many lifetimes of karmic consequences. Many believe that your current life presnts the opportunity to repay Karmic debt.
WEEK 8 NAMASTE
The key is to respect each others path and respect each other, for one path is no greater than another. We all come from the same place and are on the way to the same place. We all have much in common. We are all One. The path we choose, is not a better way, but is merely another way.
WEEK 9 HEAL YOUR SPIRIT AND YOUR BODY WILL FOLLOW !
Dis-ease and ill-ness are the result of continuing negative thinking that creates Karma, in that it is a consequence of your continual negative thought processes. In this way my MS is a blessing, as it has taught me so much. It has made me a better person, due to increased feelings, a less harsh heart and an understanding of why it happened to me and how it fits into the 'big picture'.
There are two types of dis-health, one is life ending and one is life changing. When you accept that your outer life is limited, your inner life then comes to the fore, if you choose it. Some people just say and believe 'poor me'. Our inner life revelations hits most people on their death bed, but your inner life can take the lead role, if you choose it. It can be a life changing process when you say so.
I feel very comfortable being alone, as it suits the loner part of me, With my inquisitive nature, it was very natural to ask and seek the big questions and answers, I have been dealt lemons and made lemonade. The best is yet to come for you!

WEEK 11 PRAYING
To pray for something, confirms a lacking of it. Your request for something, is a statement of lack and produces the experience of wanting. The correct prayer is never one of wanting or supplementation, but a prayer of gratitude. Thankfulness is the most powerful statement to God; an affirmation that even before you ask, God has answered. God knows everything. Therefore never supplicate. Appreciate.
WEEK 12 WHAT IS THE COURSE OF DIS-EASE AND ILL-NESS? (in my opinion)
Here we go! Hang on to your hats, discount my message or think about part of it, or all of it. It's your free-will choice. So why do I make this effort, not expecting anything in return? Well, I put this out there with hope it makes for a better world. I also feel, as do authors of spiritual events, that the state of mind a person has at the moment of death, is the experience that their soul will experience on 'the other side'. I spent over a decade exploring this aspect of life. I know that my dis-ease blesses me with insight. I know also that my Guardian Angel guides me, so here goes at a pace that is for most, too fast.
Let me begin with the process of the early phase of 'passing over', as we 'review' the previous and plan a new life, in a space where time doesn't exist. In this phase we already know that we have a body, but are not of it. We undergo a 'life review' where we judge ourselves with the objective to become more God-like (fill in your own word here). During this review, we see and hear what others think and do as a result of our actions. We then 'plan' a series of circumstances that allow us the free will decisions that has the potential to make us better people. When the moment is right, we reincarnate to the planet of our choice with the parents, family, friends and circumstances we select. We are joined to the astrals by a silver chord. When we sleep, our inner body can leave the physical body and be re-energized in the astrals. Our inner energy field starts in the astrals and enters our body through the crown of our heads. This energy flow travels through our body via meridians and exits through our feet.
Thought is expressed in this energy flow. Repetitive negative thought turns into a pain-body, which is the dark side of the ego. Karma which is the consequence of past events, is either 'good' or 'bad' and plays a role. Eventually unresolved 'bad' karma creates a blockage in this energy flow and 'plays' on our inner bodies and eventually lives in our outer body. The numerous inner bodies make up our aura, which is about the width of holding both arms outwards. After many missed opportunities for resolution, this blockage of energy flow is seen as an 'ill-ness' or 'dis-ease' waiting to be resolved. In this way it is a a life changing blessing. If unheeded, we are challenged with a life changing leading to a life ending situation. Note that this 'dis-ease' may be passed from one generation to the next generation, until resolved. All this is felt during our next life review, where tougher life experiences can be planned, and so on it goes on and on until we 'get it'.
In my own case with Multiple Sclerosis, the above makes complete sense.
In Louise L. Hay's book You Can Heal Your Life, pages 146 - 205, it states by problem cause (health problem) and the new thought patterns recommended. For example we either have or know people who have been affected by cancer, Hay says, it is affected by deep hurt, longstanding resentment, a deep secret or grief eating away at the self. The new thought pattern is to lovingly forgive and release all of the past, fill your world with joy, love and approve of yourself.
WEEK 13 WHY ARE WE HERE?
The knowledge of the spirit is vast and re-incarnates to a planet for a specific experience. In this way knowledge plus experience brings forth complete knowledge which includes feelings. To gain complete knowledge you must experience and feel, because knowledge without experience is incomplete and full of speculation.
WEEK 14 LIVE IN THE NOW
As a wise woman said, the optimum way of living a spiritual life is to live each moment in the NOW - be present - the observer of the observer. This approach allows our energy field to clear and give us better moments in each day. Most of our symptoms are from worrying about what has happened, or could happen and we can do nothing about either of these things. All of our symptoms will fade away, when we become present. Let it all go, release it and be in the NOW.
WEEK 15 THE POWER OF THE NOW MOMENT
After the mind is ready to relax and be in conscious no thought, you can rise above thought and be in the moment where the constant thinking stops. To the ego, only the past and future matter, it is always trying to keep the past alive and projects itself into the future as it expects fulfillment there. When you think of a present feeling, by definition the present becomes the past. The solution is to be in the moment of conscious no thought. Be in your breathe. Even the present is seen as a means to an end, an end that lies in the mind projected future. The present no thought moment holds the key to liberation.
WEEK 16 ACCESSING THE POWER OF NOW
As Tolle writes in Practising the Power of Now, you can do this to access the power of Now. Follow the breath with your attention as it moves in and out of your body. Breathe into your body and feel your abdomen expanding and contracting slightly with each inhalation and exhalation.
If you find it easy to visualize, close your eyes and see yourself surrounded by light, or immersed in a luminous substance - a sea of consciousness. Then breathe in that light. Feel that luminous substance filling up your body and making it luminous also.
WEEK 17 BREATHING
When you breathe, the breath enters through your feet, like a straw sucking from the unending sea of consciousness and moves up through the legs, chest and body, down through the arms and hands and back up the arms to the head. Notice the breath inside your physical and inner bodies. Think of it like a daily meditation.
Consider power breathing where you breathe 'belly breaths' in and out. Do this by forcibly blowing out and sucking in through your mouth. Use your diaphragm (belly) so your body moves out as you breathe in and moves in as as you breathe out. This practice can remove stress.
WEEK 18 LIFE IS A GAME
Life is a game and not a contest! When you play life like a contest, it impacts your thoughts accordingly. Your negative thoughts then attract similar thought and actions and also fail to attract what you want or need. The opposite is also true for positive thoughts. These unwanted energies build up in your body and over the many many years create a blockage where energy can´t flow. Blocked decades of energy create ill-ness and dis-ease. The illness and location vary according to the specific negative thought. Any negative ways can be passed on to the next the generation(s), until the negative thought is dealt with when the unconscious becomes conscious.
WEEK 19 WANTING
What we want and the harder we want it, the farther we push it away. This is how the universe works. For example, pour some water in the palm of your hand. You want to keep the water and therefore make a fist out of your relaxed hand. See what happens to what you desired to keep. Your wanting to keep the water, has driven it from your hand. Relationships can be like that! Just let it happen. Relax and be yourself. If it is meant to be, it will be in its own time.
WEEK 20 PERSPECTIVE
The vast majority of people view life through the eyes of their body. The vast minority of people view life through the eyes of their Spirit.
WEEK 21 JUST BE
When you have complete faith that you are in loving hands, you surrender and give yourself to the God-Energy and allow it all to unfold, as you rest in your strength of this knowledge and faith. For example, if/when you want to keep or have something, it is like pouring water onto a relaxed palm of your hand as it forms a small puddle. To keep this water we tightly close the hand to hold tight in a fist like manner, what we want to keep. In so doing we push out the water! The universe works in the same way, that when we want something, we push it further away. The more we want it, the harder we push and the further it goes away from us. The answer is to just "be" and let it unfold without judgment.
WEEK 22 TRANSFORMING ILLNESS INTO ENLIGHTENMENT
As Tolle writes on pg 183 - 4, illness is part of your life situation. As such it has a past and a future. As there are no problems in the Now, there is no illness either. The belief in a label that someone attaches to your condition, it keeps the condition in place, empowers it and makes it a seemingly solid reality out of a temporary imbalance. It gives it not only reality and solidity, but also a continuity in time that it did not have before. By focusing on the instant and refraining from labeling it mentally, illness is reduced.
Illness is not the problem. You are the problem, as long as the egoic mind is in control. If you have a major illness, use it for enlightenment. Anything "bad" that happens in your life - use it for enlightenment. Withdraw time from the illness. Do not give it any past or future. Let it force you into intense present-moment awareness.
WEEK 23 BEING FULLY PRESENT
Walsch refers to Dass and Tolle, and writes on page 232 of Home With God, that one way of achieving this state of being is to look into your own eyes in a mirror. This method is deceptively simple and an incredibly powerful tool.
The trick is to not turn away if this deep looking becomes uncomfortable. If you are able to hold your own gaze for more than a count of ten you will begin to experience such compassion and love for yourself that you will almost not know what to do with with that feeling. It could be very difficult for you to take in this feeling if you are not used to loving yourself - and most people, sadly, are not. Just be with the feeling and embrace it.
Continue looking deeply and more deeply into your own eyes. If you used a hand mirror, you can be sitting when you go this. Now, all at once, after looking deeply into your own eyes for as long as you can, simply and quickly close your eyes and be will the feeling that follows. Very often you feel merged with this Essence. This could last only a moment, or for the rest of the day.
What you are seeing when you look deeply into the eyes of yourself or another is the soul. The eyes are the windows of the soul.
WEEK 24 LIFE'S LESSONS
Earth has many negative as well as positive experiences. The negative experiences are not available anywhere else in the universe/s, therefore earth has a special appeal for most spirits. The waiting list is lengthy, so learn from your turn. Negative experiences in your life happen for a reason, nothing happens by accident.
WEEK 25 UNTIL WE GET IT
Life starts with both repetitive constant negative and positive thoughts.... thought is a free will choice.... these constant thoughts can develop into words.... then often action.... which then becomes an event.... and creates Karma which is the consequence of past action.... which with time eventually leads to another free will opportunity, through ill-ness and dis-ease, which are preliminaries to dying and can often culminate in death....with the timing of your choice a new or repeat life presents tougher learning.... until we get it.
THE PROBLEM WITH THIS SITE
It took me the softness of a dis-ease, an unhooked ego and over a decade and a half, to read books to understand what I was doing. Now it is thrown at you in a summarized format instantly, for your brain to decipher. No, it doesn't work that way in order to mean anything! The time now, may not be the right time for you in your life. You have a choice to discard it, or feel the character of it, or tackle a bit at a time, or keep repeating the attempt until you 'get it', or start reading my references. Anyway when the time is right for you, it will happen. After reading this site, you may even feel comfortable with not knowing. remember when we believed the world was flat!
You may find some of the concepts of life, death and health too deep and therefore scary, However, there are sections of this site that could resonate with you and benefit you immediately.
The reason these sections are deep, is after much reading and marinating on these questions, I would go to sleep with a query in my mind and receive the specific answer around five a.m. in mind. After writing out the information for this website as best I could remember, it was a deep thought. In this way my Guardian Angel wrote through me.
I reflect on an inner journey and give references to the author. We all have an outer journey like childhood, education, marriage, offspring, economic situations, old age and death. So often the inner journey is realized on our deathbed. This is your opportunity to embrace your inner journey.

PLEASE LET ME GIVE YOU A WARNING!....yes, my circumstances are different than what has been what you would call 'normal' everyday 'being', but that can be a 'good' thing as it can challenge your thought ....it developed into a deep, message that will probably disturb you, as it challenges what you were brought up thinking .... if asked to describe this site and your life in one word, I would say PERSPECTIVE .... I hold your hurt in my heart as we are all ONE. Note that I use the word God-Energy to refer to any higher power, or beliefs that you hold true.
First and foremost, the following was born from the spirituality experience, not from an institutionalized dogma. My Guardian Angel CHANG has unconsciously and consciously guided me, whom I acknowledge and will love forever.
WHO AM I?
Think of yourself as an orb of light, using a physical body as a method to experience life events. The orb is roughly the size of a softball and is void of air/space. Our physical body is comprised of mostly water (71%). The space between the electrons, protons and neutron has gone, leaving an orb of pure and condensed energy.
Once you know who you are, you can reinvent yourself as to what you seek to be. There are people, indeed entire groups of people, who have been born into what we call disadvantaged. Each soul creates for itself the exact people, events and circumstances needed to accomplish what it needs to accomplish. You choose everything, your parents, your country of birth. All the circumstances designed to bring you to your re-entry that provides the free will opportunity to evolve, if you choose.

OPTIMIZING YOUR HEALTH (the inner and outer body)
Let me assume that you have access to a physician, who can advise you on traditional medical practices and advise you on medication based on traditional approaches. You may also want to consider a complementary approach, or both approaches to tackle you symptoms. Or read on to understand how to understand and tackle the cause of ill-ness and how to improve your health.
You may decide to consider how to create better health and tackle the cause as opposed to tackling the reoccurring symptoms.
Let me start by stating that we all have an inner body and an outer body. When our energy flow in our inner body is blocked in a specific area of our inner body, it eventually creates a symptom in our outer body, which is often treated by the pharmaceuticals of traditional medicine, or the natural ingredients of a complementary approach. Surgery may also be the required approach.
You may also want an introduction to Chakras (http://www.diy-stress-relief.com/what-are-the-chakras.html), which are the basis of our inner body. These are energy centers located along the spine. There are seven Chakras within our physical body and also five Chakras above our physical body. Chakras, or energy centers, can effect energy flow and eventually organ function in our outer body.
The state of each chakra reflects the health of a particular area of your body. It also reflects your psychological, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Every thought and experience you've ever had in your life gets filtered through these Chakra databases. Each event is recorded into your cells. In other words, "your biography becomes your biology." When Chakra energy is blocked or misdirected, emotional and physical illness can arise.

THE ROAD WE ALL TRAVEL
This is a simplistic summary of the sequence of events leading to dis-health......it starts with survival thoughts at birth......with age, good and bad thoughts are part of living......years of excessive negative thought create action based on negative thought......a reaction to these actions, which is karma, is created.....the pain body or the dark side of the ego, takes hold.....the energy flow through the body meridians, (enters through top of head and leaves through the feet) creates a blockage due to negative thought.....the location of this blockage creates an ill-ness depending on blockage location......this dis-ease starts as life changing.......with no thought change, physical life fades away......our spirit, when in the afterlife reviews the previous life and determines the free choice opportunities in the next life, depending on what's best for our evolution of consciousness......this process continues forever.......
WHAT IS THE COURSE OF DIS-EASE AND ILL-NESS?
Here we go! Hang on to your hats, discount my message or think about part of it, or all of it. It's your free-will choice. So why do I make this effort, not expecting anything in return? Well, I put this out there with hope it makes for a better world. I also feel, as do authors of spiritual events, that the state of mind a person has at the moment of death, is the experience that their soul will experience on 'the other side'. I spent over a decade exploring this aspect of life. I know that my dis-ease blesses me with insight. I know also that my Guardian Angel guides me, so here goes at a pace that is for most, too fast.
Let me begin with the process of the early phase of 'passing over', as we 'review' the previous and plan a new life, in a space where time doesn't exist. In this phase we already know that we have a body, but are not of it. We undergo a 'life review' where we judge ourselves with the objective to become more God-like (fill in your own word here). During this review, we see and hear what others think and do as a result of our actions. We then 'plan' a series of circumstances that allow us the free will decisions that has the potential to make us better people. When the moment is right, we reincarnate to the planet of our choice with the parents, family, friends and circumstances we select. We are joined to the astrals by a silver chord. When we sleep, our inner body can leave the physical body and be re-energized in the astrals. Our inner energy field starts in the astrals and enters our body through the crown of our heads. This energy flow travels through our body via meridians and exits through our feet.
Thought is expressed in this energy flow. Repetitive negative thought turns into a pain-body, which is the dark side of the ego. Karma which is the consequence of past events, is either 'good' or 'bad' and plays a role. Eventually unresolved 'bad' karma creates a blockage in this energy flow and 'plays' on our inner bodies and eventually lives in our outer body. The numerous inner bodies make up our aura, which is about the width of holding both arms outwards. After many missed opportunities for resolution, this blockage of energy flow is seen as an 'ill-ness' or 'dis-ease' waiting to be resolved. In this way it is a a life changing blessing. If unheeded, we are challenged with a life changing leading to a life ending situation. Note that this 'dis-ease' may be passed from one generation to the next generation, until resolved. All this is felt during our next life review, where tougher life experiences can be planned, and so on it goes on and on until we 'get it'.
In my own case with Multiple Sclerosis, the above makes complete sense.
In Louise L. Hay's book You Can Heal Your Life, pages 146 - 205, it states by problem cause (health problem) and the new thought patterns recommended. For example we either have or know people who have been affected by cancer, Hay says, it is affected by deep hurt, longstanding resentment, a deep secret or grief eating away at the self. The new thought pattern is to lovingly forgive and release all of the past, fill your world with joy, love and approve of yourself.

WHY IS IT SO UNUSUAL TO FIND SENIORS IN THEIR TWILIGHT YEARS, VOID OF DIS-EASE?
LIFE STARTS
The following thoughts came mostly from reading Walsch's books.

Can I escape the consequences of negative Karma? In short, yes. Just because you have made mistakes in the past, it doesn´t mean you have to pay for them by way of Karma in the future. You can cancel a lifetime of Karmic debt, by deciding in the present not to make the same mistake in the future. When you learn to redesign your thought, you create a new reality. Hopefully it will impact the world and people in a very positive way and at the very least make you a better person for thinking it!
HEAL YOUR SPIRIT AND YOUR BODY WILL FOLLOW !
WHEN DOES LIFE BEGIN?
Most believe it happens with conception. Please consider what Walsch says - that the beginnings of a fetus are considered just another body part until spirit enters the fetus, as evidenced by it's movement on average after approximately 20 many weeks of gestation.
LIFE´S COMPASS
There is no right way or wrong way of living your chosen life experiences. It all is part of a learning process that happens over countless life times. Think of it like climbing a mountain with many paths leading up to the summit, where the top of one mountain is the valley of the next one. We all came from the same valley and are going to the same apex.
Some paths follow a certain God-Energy. Some paths are more travelled and less cumbersome than others. All will be understood completely, in its own time. There are over 150 Gods and as many dogmas. There is also the path of an agnostic, atheist and spiritualism. All paths chosen, are beautiful and have stillness as a common factor.
This I have learnt, that we can only have a world without defensive violence, when we stop believing and acting that our path is the right and only path for all to follow, that it is simply only another path. Only then will we have a world without violence, that revolves around love and respect for each other. Our world will be a better place when we act in a way where the God-Energy in one, respects the God-Energy in another.
WHY ARE WE HERE ON THIS PLANET? (tell them what you are going to say)
You can best understand life only when you see it from the 'big picture', as as viewed from the spirit world (Astrals). This focus is critical.
Our current re-incarnated life, is but one of a constant flow of life. It is an opportunity to experience what we know.
First and most important, think of yourself as a spirit without a physical body who takes on the physical body indigenous to the planet of choice, in order to experience events planned. The lessons on earth are about love.
We are like a softball sized ball of pure energy, once the body tissue and water is removed. In this way, we have a body but are not of it. These experiences replace the speculation we have in the afterlife, by adding the feelings that come with doing. We need to feel all sides of an issue before advancing our spirit. Feeing both good and bad, means the evolvement of a more complete human. Bad karma can be reversed and neutralized with good karma.
Our intent is to experience the concepts of what the spirit's life contract and pre-plan the events that will happen to us. This is why nothing happens by accident.
WE PRE- PLAN OUR LIFE PLAN BEFORE RE- INCARNATING TO OUR PLANET OF CHOICE. THIS PLAN IS DEVISED BY RESPECTED SPIRITS WITH OUR BLESSING AND BASED ON RESOLVING BAD KARMA ( a consequence of past actions) DEVELOPED IN PREVIOUS LIVES. THE PURPOSE OF OUR LIFE PLAN IS TO DEVELOP THE OPPORTUNITY FOR OUR EVOLVEMENT. AFTER A LIFE EXPERIENCE AND REVIEW WE 'PASSOVER' WITH AND ENTER THE LEVEL OF CONSCIOUSNESS, OR AWARENESS IN HEAVEN (astrals) OF AROUND 175 LEVELS. IN THIS LEVEL EVERY SOUL HAS THE SAME AWARENESS.
We were put on this planet to realize our true potential and it is through betterment of ourselves, that the truth of who we really are starts to dawn upon us. As Wayne Dyer writes, we are spirits having a human experience, not humans having a spiritual experience.
The vast majority of people view life through the eyes of their body. The vast minority of people view life through the eyes of their Spirit.
Our knowledge is wiped clean from our memory at the moment of re-incarnating to our chosen experiences.
These experiences lead to re-membering, the re-membering of what we know as truth. When the spirit decides to re-incarnate to a planet of choosing, the memory from the Astrals are wiped clean. The Soul then learns by re-membering.
The knowledge of the spirit is vast and re-incarnates to a planet for a specific experience. In this way knowledge plus experience brings forth complete knowledge. To gain complete knowledge you must experience and feel, because knowledge without experience and feeling is incomplete and full of speculation.

Let's go further into these thoughts and realize that as a Spirit, we choose to re-incarnate to different planets with the intention of experiencing some of the theme of that planet. As a Spirit, we know everything and want to experience a concept, because it deepens our awareness and grows our complete knowledge.
You are never alone as you experience and use your free will. Each one of us has a Guardian Angel around us. This Angel guides us constantly, but we too often don't listen, or learn to listen! When we have or feel that 'feeling' or intuition or inner voice, it is our Guardian Angel trying to get our attention. Trust that 'feeling' and relax as you go with the guiding flow.
Without hardships, the soul evolves less slowly. That is why this planet is marvelous in its own right. It is one of the fastest places to grow through experience. From the adversity of this planet, springs forth great Spirits who have gained great experience, from their earth experience. Why bad things happen to good people, is our spirit's desire to add experience to knowledge creating complete knowledge. For an extreme example, we may choose in our 'life plan' to experience killiing in one life, while experiencing sudden death in another life. What role does Karma play?
When we 'pass over', we get what we expect as per our chosen dogma, spirituality, or non-religion, or living by the golden rule. No matter what our free-will choice, the process provides experience. When combined with our knowledge of everything (our memories are wiped clean before re-incarnating to our planet of choice) makes complete knowledge. And so our lives continue.
The themes/influences of various planets are as stated by Edgar Cayce - Mercury - mind, Venus - love, Earth - testing (flesh), Mars - anger, Jupiter - strength, Saturn - woes, Uranus - psyche, Neptune - mystic, Pluto - subconscious.
When in the final death process, we begin to think with our hearts. We become closer to the non-physical and understand The God-Energy's perfect love and `Oneness' of everything. Love is everything in the multi-universe, all complications fade away. One of our last thoughts, is IT IS SO SIMPLE. Love is everything. So begins the best event that happens in your current physical life! There is nothing to fear!
REMEMBER THAT THE LEVEL OF CONSCIOUSNESS YOU 'DIE' WITH, WILL BE THE LEVEL OF CONSCIOUSNESS YOU NEXT LIVE ON. TO EVOLVE IS YOUR PURPOSE.
THE CENTRAL SUN - BELIEVE IT OR NOT!
As written by Baird T. Spalding, volume 3 on pages 71-2 of Life and Teaching of the Masters of the Far East, it says that our galaxy is made up of ninety-one universes and that our earth and its universe of planets and is but part of one universe in a still wider-flung universe of ninety-one universes, that revolve around a still greater central nucleus or sun. Our universe is part of a group of ninety-one different universes that make up a galaxy. This galaxy of ninety-one universes, make up part of the Cosmos, which is repeated to infinity.
One way to visualize this is to view the central sun as an orange. Then imagine ninety-one toothpicks placed from this orange with equal distances between each toothpick. At the tip of each toothpick imagine a mini disk. The universes are shaped like a CD, that is flat and round, as per astrologers observations. The toothpick represents a magnetic force. This format goes on and on and repeats itself by ninety-one and is known as the great and infinite Cosmos. This format is repeated to infinity.
The above is based on Newtonian physics, or the world of the very small. Quantum physics, or the world of the very large, is beyond the minds ability to imagine, when the Cosmos is explained in those terms.
THE WAY IT IS (tell them)
Before re-incarnating to a planet of choice, a life plan is determined and a set of experiences is agreed upon, that present an opportunity to experience that life plan. Use of free will is at play here, as we may choose an experience that is different than planned. The amount of time needed to experience the desired experience is not a factor. For example, the Spirit may choose a life plan that presents the opposite experience to a previous experience. In this way the ups and downs are both experienced. For example, if a Spirit was a murderer many lifetimes ago, it may choose the experience of being murdered. In this way, complete experience is gained. This would explain why bad things happen to good people.
So, to recap.....when in the Astrals (spirit world) we have an awareness of all the divine concepts, and can only speculate about them. When we re-incarnate to a physical place of choosing, we have the opportunity to experience the concepts leading towards complete knowledge and create feelings associated with it. The opposite of everything exists in the universes. Love exists with hate, cold with hot, short with tall, etc, etc. By experiencing both/all sides of a situation, we develop complete knowledge. In other words, we go from concepts, to experience, to being. This `beingness' is getting closer to the ultimate God-like state. When we achieve this, we do it all over again, as the God-Energy is one with us and experiences and learns through us. In this way, we are a part of constantly re-creating the God-Energy. We are like a reference point.
When experiences are tough, difficult and hard to face, think of it as a blessing. It is an opportunity for personal growth and designed to be a positive experience. In away, it is a test. One that you can reject, fight and struggle against, or chose to accept, knowing that nothing happens by accident. The test was sent to you out of love and for your own best interest. The tough experience, even an ill-ness or dis-ease, was sent to you as a blessing. Do these tough experiences provide an opportunity for a better life in this and other lives? I say, absolutely yes to both scenarios.
Our current physical life is like swimming in a river. This river has a current or energy flow to it. We have a free will choice. If we swim against this current, it is self tiring. When we swim with the current, it is less of a struggle and we can go further on our journey. When we learn to float with and surrender to the current, we can complete our journey not knowing where the current will lead us but knowing we are in loving hands and trust completely, where the current takes us. Our life experiences are like the current in a river, dis-ease and ill-ness is one of those experiences and opportunities to learn, if you choose it

MY CAPSULATION OF LIFE (tell them what you said)
It starts with an understanding of who we are. We are a spirit experiencing life through a human body (simplistic statement). Depending on the lessons to be experienced, we reincarnate to the planet in question. We do this because in the spirit world, we have the knowledge, but need the experience of living that lesson in question. We do this knowing that divine knowledge plus experience, creates complete knowledge, leading to a more God-like spirit. Once it is all complete, we desire to do it again and again. The religion followed, or dogmas followed doesn´t matter, as we all get what we expect in the afterlife. What matters, is that we respect each other´s journey of difference.
When the spirit considers that the current life `complete´ and reaches the fulfillment of its objective, it moves on to another life. The physical body has done it´s job and fades away. The earth word for this process is called `death´. In fact the spirit body lives forever and the physical body is shed. The `death´ of a physical body leaves a sadness in those who had contact with you on this earth, a sadness that turns to a deep joy when the truth is felt. During the process of `death´, loved ones are present to help you with the transition.
The energy created, or not created, can be felt in terms of quantum physics, where these waves of energy, add to the universes and change everything they contact.
As a wise woman said, the optimum way of living a spiritual life is to live each moment in the NOW - be present - the observer of the observer. This approach allows our energy field to clear and give us better moments in each day. Most of our symptoms are from worrying about what has happened, or could happen and we can do nothing about either of these things. All of our symptoms will fade away, when we become present. Let it all go, release it and be in the NOW.
I have in the above words reflected some paths that helped me. Becoming at ease with the state of 'not knowing' takes you beyond the mind as it is always trying to conclude and interpret. It is afraid of not knowing. So as Tolle writes, when you can be at ease with not knowing, you have already gone beyond the mind, into a deeper knowing that is non-conceptual that arises out of going beyond the mind. The 'truth' is far more all-encompassing than what the mind could ever comprehend.
ACCEPTING WHAT IS
Imagine that you are swimming in a wide river where the current has a determined mind and direction. It flows it's course. That force is like life, in that if you swim against this tide, your bodily efforts drain you of energy, as it experiences strain against your determined route. When you float with the flow of the river and let it take you where it will and you better survive as you accept the flows' direction as your own. You survive better, cope and feel less stress. In doing so. you feel at ease going where it takes you, knowing it is meant to be and you are in loving hands.

If unheeded, we are challenged with a life changing leading to a life ending situation. Note that this 'dis-ease' may be passed from one generation to the next generation, until resolved. All this is felt during our next life review, where tougher life experiences can be planned, and so on it goes on and on until we 'get it'.
In my own case with Multiple Sclerosis, the above makes complete sense and has made me a better person.
Too many people have a personal experience of cancer, or know of someone who had/has it. Allow me to quote this specific example of how thought causes dis-ease. In the book You Can Heal Your Life, by Louise L. Hay, she states the probable cause or thought that starts the dis-ease in question and the recommended new thought pattern. Take cancer as an example; Hay refers to the troubling thought pattern as - Deep hurt. Longstanding resentment. Deep secret or grief eating away at the self. Carrying hatreds. 'What's the use?'. The new recommended thought pattern is - I lovingly forgive and release all of the past. I choose to fill my world with joy. I love and approve of myself.
Allow me to paraphrase what Walsch writes in his book, Home with God. As a spirit, we re-incarnate to the planet in the timing of our choice. We know everything but lack the feelings that experience gives us. Feelings plus knowledge give us complete knowledge.
This feeling of experience is so highly valued that as an orb before we re-incarnate, we can split into many physical bodies. For example our light orb spiritual body during re-incarnation splits into a male and female physical bodies, thus increasing our experiences. In other words, we can be in more than one place at the same point of time, thus increasing experience and feeling.
Note that when we re- incarnate and leave the astrals, our memory from past lives is wiped clean. This means we start a new life time ready to absorb everything we choose, on a clean slate.
FROM ME TO YOU
I am getting through my dis-ease with blessings of a new perspective for my life.
Forget the past because it has already happened and forget the future as it hasn´t happened yet. The best thing to do is - JUST BE, OBSERVE WITHOUT JUDGMENT!
Life is a game and not a contest! When you play life like a contest, it impacts your thoughts accordingly. Your negative thoughts then attract similar thought and actions and also fail to attract what you want or need. The opposite is also true for positive thoughts. These unwanted energies build up in your body and over the many many years create a blockage where energy can´t flow. Decades of increasing blocked energy create ill-ness and dis-ease. The illness and location vary according to the specific negative thought. Any negative ways can be passed on to the next the generation(s), until the negative thought is dealt with when the unconscious becomes conscious. The unconscious memory is active in our DNA.
LIFE CAN ONLY BE FULLY UNDERSTOOD LOOKING AT IT FROM THE REVERSE, FROM THE END TO IT'S BEGINNING. UNTIL THEN RELAX AND FOLLOW YOUR INSTINCTS. EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON.
The universal law of attraction will bring good or bad events to a person, so know that when a person shows you harm, in time harm will come to them. The opposite is also true. Just observe, knowing the truth!
It´s up to you in your choices and time.
MY 'TAKE' ON THIS
Allow me to paraphrase and make assumptions from what Walsch has co-written in his many books, as I understand it, We are a spirit the shape of a softball that is pure energy, which is what we truly are and look like, without the bodies make up, like water, organs, blood, etc. This leaves pure energy, about the size of a softball and that is who we really are. Now, as Walsch co-writes - we are the individuation of the singularity (ball of energy) experiencing life sequentially simultaneously. What I take from this, is we can be in more than one place at the same time. Think of this as the softball size of pure energy breaking up into smaller (quarter coin sized) shapes of energy, that can be on different planets of our choice at the same time. Why should we choose to experience this, because - THERE IS NOTHING ELSE TO DO.
Why leave a blissful situation like being in a state of mind called heaven? Is it too much of a good thing? Do we get bored after what could be centuries of bliss, without a stress? How can we appreciate the blissful times without the comparison of stressful times? Don't forget that as a spirit, we know everything, but need the experience to turn knowing into complete knowledge. Is that why our energy separates from the main energy ball, so we can be in many places at the same time?
After absorbing the many ideas shared in this site, I feel at peace with 'not knowing', and that it will be wonderful, to say the least!

DYING
WE CAN TAKE STRENGTH FROM THIS KNOWLEDGE, ALTHOUGH YOU MAY FIND IT DEEP AT FIRST READING, IT MAKES THIS CURRENT LIFE MORE COMFORTABLE AND UNDERSTANDABLE. RELAX IN THE KNOWLEDGE THAT WE ARE NEVER ALONE.
First of all, it is important to understand that dying is not the same thing as death. Dying starts as a thought.... which can develop into words.... then often action.... which then becomes an event.... and creates karma. Karma is the consequence of past action.... which leads to a free will opportunity through ill-ness and dis-ease.... and sometimes culminates in death, if karma develops through a constant escalating negativity.... Dying can be no fun, but death is a glorious wonder !
As Walsch co-writes in one of his many books, we enter the state of mind called heaven, where we join other spirits who are at the same level of consciousness. There are approximately in the high one hundred levels of consciousness.
Our current physical life on earth, is but a very short portion of our overall continuous journey. Live, feel and learn, now!
At the moment of your death, you will not see yourself as letting go of life, but simply enjoying it at a higher level. It will be a feeling of incredible freedom and lightness that overtakes the soul. A Souls release from the body quickly remembers to monitor and control their thoughts very carefully, for whatever you think of, that is what you create and experience.
Death is never an end, but always a beginning. A death is a door opening, not a door closing.
This comes from Tolle - There's a natural mourning, of course, that happens when a loved one passes away. With some people, that also can turn into pain-body, and for example that would be the case if there is an excessive or exaggerated amount of sadness or depression. Some people, after a loved one dies, go through years of debilitating depression or they develop even extreme anger. That is also quite frequent that people develop anger when a loved one dies. And those are instances when the pain-body becomes activated through the death of a loved one. But that does not seem to be the case with you. So to allow mourning to happen, when it happens, can actually be a beautiful thing. Your mind, observe what your mind is doing and what kind of thoughts your mind is generating when you go through these periods of sadness or crying. Maybe your mind is not saying much at all. Maybe there's just emotion. And that can be quite beautiful, simply to allow this emotion of sadness, which is natural, after all, when somebody has died.
Winfrey says - And what happens is, what happens is. When somebody you love dies, you now have an angel you know, and you can call the angel formless, or consciousness, or Being, or whatever, but what happens is so many people are just caught up in the grief of it and the loss of it and resisting and wanting it to be the way it was.
This is what it says in the book Friendship with God, co-written by Walsch. The opportunity for atonement comes to you automatically at what we call `death`. Atonement is just that `at-one-ment'. It is the awareness that you and all others are One with everything, even the God-Energy. This experience happens immediately after `death`, when you depart from your body. All souls are allowed to move through every moment and experience of their life, not only from their viewpoint but from everyone's viewpoint that was affected by that moment. You relive and redo every deed, moment and experience its' effect as if you were that other person, which you are. (we are all One).
As E. Tolle writes - Death is not the opposite of life. Life has no opposite. The opposite of death is birth. Life is eternal and has no end. Death is simply the closing of one chapter in a book and the start of another.
If you decide to learn more about death (not dying), then read Neale Donald Walsch and his message in the book "Home with God". Two points of many remembrances are - "It is as simple as I have said: after dying, every soul is given the opportunity to remain in the Afterlife or to return to the physical life from which it has just come" (page 258). Nearly every person who is dying is not dying for the first time. If they choose this time, "to stay dead", it is because they feel really complete with what they came here to do. They came back to you many times to keep you company. Many times. (page 260).
On the last page 326, Walsch lists the eighteen remembrances, of which the sixteenth says, in death you will be greeted by all your loved ones - those who have died before you and those who will die after you.
It´s all a glorious wonder!
DEATH BY SUICIDE IS USELESS
Such action may be an escape from current circumstance, but guarantees more formable repeat cirumstances untill we 'get it' and learn to evolve. Refer to most spiritual writers on suicide who say that entry to heaven or the astrals is stopped with an automatic return to earth and tougher circumstances. From what I have repeatedly read, YOU THINK IT IS BAD NOW, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW BAD IT COULD BECOME.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER NO HEALTH?
Natural death is a joyous occasion, after completing your natural span of life. It is one of the best things to happen in your current life. Death is a symbolic word, that marks the ending of one experience and the beginning of another. The other side of death is exactly what you expect. If you expect a glorious wonder, it is. If you expect something else, it is.
Your experience of what is called the afterlife, is a reflection of your consciousness at the time you enter it you enter it.
As Walsch writes, when the portion of your life that you spend on earth is over, there will be no `judgment day´. no condemnation, and no punishment, but simply an opportunity to review all the thoughts. Words, actions of your life experiences, and decide whether as you go on to other adventures, you wish to choose again when confronted with similar circumstances. Choice is the process by which you evolve, and ultimately experience who you are.
In the divine, there is no right or wrong way, it just is. When we shed our physical body during the death process and again become non-physical and go to our afterlife home, we get what we expect. We make true our own expectations. There is no right or wrong answer, it is as per our intention. Death is the end of one life experience and the start of another.
Your body is something you have, it is not something you are. We are more than just a body, we are a soul. The body weighed before and after death, weighs 21 grams less. The body is something we're using, like a tool. Your body is a wonderful tool. Once you are away from your body, that is once you have `died', you then realize immediately, that this state of being is not the dreaded experience of which you may have heard and is in fact an experience of glorious wonder. The secret of life is to `die' before you `die' - then you know there is no death. My only advice is to head for the light. It is warm and loving. Life is endless, it is timeless.
Death does not exist, it is a word that describes the transition to a new life, a transition from a physical to a non-physical form of life that is repeated with every re-incarnation. Death is simply the name we have given to the experience of one's soul (Singular Outflow of Universal Life) transmuting the energy of your body and your mind, as it reunites with the All in All. We have a body, but are not of it.
My humble intention, as per above thoughts, is to plant a seed. It is now up to you to nurture and nourish this seed under your direction. What I share is another path, not as the only path, but simply as another path to consider. Nameste.
The event of death is a glorious wonder. Note, that I am not talking about the dying process, which can be no fun. Death, can leave an empty hole in the lives of those you leave behind, until they know the Truth. The size of that hole varies by the consciousness of those who will join you later, on their journey.
The people who were left behind, morn those deaths, because they do not know of the joy into which those souls entered. No the one who has experienced death ever mourns the death of anything.
In Penny Peirce book she writes about a realm known as the 'The Park', its kind of reception center where most people go after death. To many, it appears as a huge, green, tranquil park with gorgeous trees and lawns. Here, people reconnect with loved ones who've died. work with guides to understand what they were learning in their lives. go to a rejuvenation center to recover their energy, look at possible future lives, learn from the vast Akashic records library where planetary memory is stored, or just relax and play until they're ready to move on.
QUESTIONS ABOUT DEATH?
This is only for the `enlightened´ to read, as it can be unsettling especially with little prerequisite reading/thought. I only state the following in hope that it will help someone in their grieving process.
As Walsch says in the book Home with God, that after a death, first and foremost is to have all the feelings that you have. Love your feelings and let them be what they are from moment to moment.
Do not seek to `not be sad`, during this time of loss. Sadness is one of the heart´s ways of honouring another. So too is happiness. You honour the soul of your beloved one, by feeling your sadness fully now. And you will honour the soul of your beloved, by feeling happiness fully too, when the day and time comes, as it surely will.
Be aware that sometimes the soul chooses things on a subconscious or a super conscious level in order to fulfill its Larger Agenda. Dying nearly always falls in to this category. Very few people die when and where they do, consciously.
Based on the knowledge that we are a spirit who enters and uses the physical body to experience life, as such death happens through us, not to us. By this I mean your spirit feels complete in its life purpose and returns `home´, leaving his/her love ones and friends sad with the loss. At this time the physical body may appear confused and often resentful at an impending death. In this way, death is too often not fully understood, as the perceptive is determined by the perception. Your perspective--that is how you look at something--creates your reality, both during this lifetime and after it. For example, slathering and eating cows can be seen as a source of life giving protein, or as an affront to a sacred custom.
Does suicide mean the path of escape? Is the current life experienced again, until a more noble free-will action is taken? Is euthanasia an acceptable choice when one realizes that one´s life is already over and that there is nothing left to experience, except more unrelenting pain and loss of dignity? Each soul has an answer to that question, and is never wrong!
The `death´ of our spirit is not possible and lives on forever. Just like we are different from the God-Energy, but are never divided from it. Like a wave and the living ocean. Is this why our physical body can be shed as our spiritual body lives on?
Is this why we show sadness to honour the death of a physical body, but have an inner joy at what lies ahead for them? Is this why we are surrounded by a hundred thousand angels to support us? Do we pass this gift on to others? By giving, do we receive and is it in the healing that you shall be healed? When your mind enters stillness, which is a conscious no thought process, can you then feel the angels in the angelic space around you? Are they there when beckoned?
Is this why spirit with divine knowledge, is experiencing physical life to create complete knowledge?
SUICIDE THE DOWN SIDE
As Walsch says; when we end our natural life via suicide, it is the use of death to escape but it creates the same life all over again with the same challenges and experiences. In fact that soul does not reach heaven or the astrals, but is quickly returned to earth to experience physical life in a harder life lesson and in a tougher experience, until the lesson is learned.
WHAT DOES DYING FEEL LIKE?
Written by Eckhart. Tolle. All judgment and all negativity dissolve.
The realm of Being, which has been obscured by the mind, then opens up.
Suddenly, a great stillness arises within you, an unfathomable sense of peace.
And within that peace, there is great joy.
And within that joy, is love.
And at the innermost core, there is the sacred, the immeasurable, That which cannot be named.
The bottom line is - no matter what you believe, you get what you expect, no matter what path you take!
I TALKED TO A PERSON WHO RECENTLY DIED!
Some of this is copied from from the book, Meditation from Conversations with God, by Neale Donald Walsch. I send it, to help your grieving process you feel that honours your loved one. I feel your hurt and am with you and want to hold your hand, as you mourn your loss.
The book says - first understand that death is not an end but a begining, not a horror, but a joy, it is not a closing down, but an opening up.
The happiest moment in your life will be the moment it ends. That's because it doesn't end but only goes on in ways so magnificent, so full of peace and wisdom and joy, as to make it difficult to describe and impossible to comprehend.
At the moment of death, you realize your greatest freedom, the greatest peace, the greatest joy and the greatest love you have ever known.
Recently I privately talked to a person who died and lived to talk about it. They died during a heart operation and survived. They say the experience of death was the best of their life, and feel incredible from the experience. They saw the 'bright light' and eventually awoke on the operating table to see angels around them. It was only because of my website that they could talk to me about the experience and not be considered crazy. IT IS AS WONDERFUL AS I SAID ABOVE. I have done my best to honour their privacy.
My reaction to someone's death, is primarily to initially mourn their passing and honour their contributions to my and others lives. It is okay to cry, hurt and ask why. After an appropriate period of time, I would then rejoice in their new circumstance and their Being. Over to you with love.
WHAT DOES THE AFTERLIFE FEED ON?
These are my thoughts extrapolated from what I have read ..... the afterlife has 'good' and 'bad' factors ..... I have read from several authors, that the dark side is sustained by the fear and evil frequencies generated from parts of our earth's current mislead civilizations ...... this fearful chaos creates a frequency that sustains the 'dark' side as life supporting 'food' ..... this frequency is transported by a multitude of vortex's which connects the frequency generated from portions of our earth to the afterlife ..... the current main vortex is Kuwait, which flows the middle east fear and chaos to the 'dark' side ..... this I can understand and leads to the question of how does the 'good' side sustain itself ..... does it not make sense that the frequency of love and good loving feelings sustain it ...... does this make sense to you?..... is it too logical as it is written by a human brain?
THE GREATEST QUESTION?
On page 257 in Home With God, Walsch writes - when a person does the thing called "die" that person is always given a choice: Do you want to experience that the life that you have just left is continuing, or do you wish to experience a reality in which you are moving on, heading toward the spiritual realm? The soul in its experience, can "undo" the "death" through which it has just passed.
It simply tells God by saying/thinking/feeling, I don't want to die now and I want to go back. The soul is asked the question, "are you ready"? "do you wish to go on"? This is the greatest question asked of a soul who cross over from the physical world?
If the thought/feeling/reply is yes, the soul continues on its journey to the spiritual realm. If the soul asks to go back, the soul is sent back to the physical world instantly..... arriving a nanosecond before it died.
Let me say it another way, as per page 279. After you "die" you move through the first two stages of death, you will realize that you are not your body. Then you experience whatever you next expect to experience, based on what you believe. You may have that experience as long as it pleases you. Then you move into the third stage of death. This is the final stage, when you experience Total immersion with the Essence, emerge from that experience to move through a review of the physical life that you have just concluded. This review includes other's thinking to what you said or did, and then you decide whether to "go on or go back". In other words, based on whether you feel "complete" or not.
YOU ONLY TRULY APPRECIATE LIFE WHEN YOU UNDERSTAND DEATH
As Walsch co-writes in Home with God, 'hope' is an energy. Nothing more and nothing less. All thoughts are energy, and what is commonly called the 'Afterlife' is nothing but a field of energy. It is Cosmic Field of Infinite Possibilities. It is huge, it is vast, but it is quite basic and fundamental in its chemistry, in its energetic elements, in its construction and function. In fact, its elegance lies in its utter simplicity at its basis.
The 'Afterlife' is not a time or a place where souls exist as automatons, having no feelings or emotions. Quite the contrary, it is a place where feelings and emotions run high, creating a contextual field within souls remember and come to Know once again Who They Really Are.
Death is a process by which you re-establish that identity. What you call 'heaven' is the place you do this. Heaven is not an actual place, but a State of Being. The 'other side' is not a location in the cosmos. It is a way of being. It is being in 'heaven' though the process of self expression - which is the expression of Divinity itself, in, as through the Self.
We come back to a physical place and circumstances of our choosing, to address some of our weaknesses as we experience what we choose to address. In this way knowledge is intertwined with experience, to create complete knowledge.

THE MOMENT OF DEATH
Allow me to paraphrase what Walsch writes in the book Home With God. The first thing you know is that life continues at a higher level, although you have died. Your spirit body floats above your dead physical body and observes. There are angels present to help you understand this transition. You realize that your body is something you have, but not who you are.
Immediately you will move in the next stage where individual paths diverge. You begin to experience whatever you believe happens after death.
In the final stage of death, you realize that you are greater than your body, mind and soul and become part of the One.
Nearly every person who is dying is not dying for the first time. If they choose, this time to 'stay dead' it is because they really feel complete with what they came here to do.

That's because it doesn't end but just goes on in ways so magnificent, so full of peace and wisdom and joy. as to make it difficult to describe and impossible for you to comprehend.
WHERE IS HEAVEN?
Our passed loved ones are constantly with us in this unseen dimension. Pay attention when you feel a draft at your feet, it is a friendly spirit reaching out to you. Spirit can also work with electricy so when a on light flickers, be alert.
IT ALL MAKES SENSE IN THIS FULL CIRCLE MOMENT
WE ARE BORN AND USUALLY SCHOOLED INTO OUR PARENTS/FAMILIES RELIGION OR SPIRITUAL WAYS. OVER TIME, WE EMBRACE WHAT WE ARE BORN INTO, OR BRANCH OUT FOLLOWING OUR OWN REBELLION OR GROWTH. WE ARE PART OF OVER 20 MAJOR RELIGIONS IN OUR WORLD, OR EMBRACE WHAT TOTALS OVER 40,000 VARIATIONS OF A PREFERRED DOGMA, OR CHOOSE SPIRITUALITY WHICH QUESTIONS DOGMA, OR ATHEISM, OR AGNOSTIC BELIEFS, OR THE GOLDEN RULE, OR WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE IN THE TIMING OF YOUR CHOICE.
IN THE SHORT TERM, IT IS NOT CRITICAL WHAT BELIEFS YOU CHOOSE TO LIVE, AS IT IS ALL A FREE CHOICE FEELING AND THE REASON WE REINCARNATE TO EXPERIENCE EARTH. KNOWLEDGE PLUS FEELINGS CREATE THE OBJECTIVE OF COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE.
WHEN WE DIE, WE GET WHAT WE EXPECT TO HAPPEN. IN OTHER WORDS, THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG WAY, JUST ANOTHER WAY.
THE IMPORTANT THING IS TO RESPECT EACH OTHER'S BELIEFS, WITHOUT CREATING BAD KARMA.
PREPARING THE BODY FOR HEALING
Eckhart Tolle says this on page 143 in his book The Power of Now.
The first thing to remember is this: as long as you make an identity for yourself out of the pain, you cannot become free of it. As long as part of your sense of self is invested in your emotional pain, you will unconsciously resist or sabotage every attempt you make to heal the pain. Why? Quite simply because you want to keep yourself intact, and the pain has become an essential part of you. This is an unconscious process, and the only way to overcome it, is to make it conscious. To suddenly see that you are or have been attached to your pain can be a shocking experience. The moment you realize this, you have broken the attachment.
The pain-body is an energy field, almost like an entity, that has become lodged in your inner space. It is life energy that has become trapped, energy that is no longer flowing. Of course, the pain-body is there because of certain things that happened in the past. It is the living part of you, and you identify with the past. A victim identity is the belief that the past is more powerful than the present, which is the opposite of the truth. It is the belief that other people and what they did to you are responsible for who you are now, for your emotional pain or your inability to be your true self. The truth is that the only power there is, is contained within this moment: it is the power of your presence.
All negativity is caused by an accumulation of psychological time and denial of the present. Unease, anxiety, tension, stress, worry - all forms of fear - are caused by too much future - and not enough presence. Guilt, regret, resentment, grievances, sadness, bitterness, and all forms of non-forgiveness are caused by too much past - and not enough presence. ..
Once you know that, you realize that you are responsible for your inner space now - nobody else is - and that the past cannot prevail against the power of the Now.
THE PAIN-BODY
There are two types of pain; one is present pain that occurs in the Now and the pain which is based on past events, usually from childhood experiences.
The pain-body is a very low vibratory frequency that feeds on pain, misery, drama, etc. It is unconsciousness and it feeds on unconsciousness. When you notice yourself in a reactive state, the pain-body is active and looking to be fed. Go into a place of allowing and observation, thereby supporting the raising of your vibratory state and the vibratory state of the pain-body. The pain-body consists of trapped life-energy that has split off from your total energy field and has temporarily become autonomous through the natural process of mind identification. Anything can trigger it, particularly if it resonates with a pattern from your past.
Tolle writes on page 30 - 33, that the pain-body is the dark shadow cast by the ego, it is actually afraid of the light of your consciousness. It is afraid of being found out. Its survival depends on your unconscious identification with it, as well as on your unconscious fear of facing the pain that lives in you. But if you don't face it, if you don't bring the light of your consciousness into the pain, you will be forced to live it again and again. The pain-body may seem like a dangerous monster that you cannot bear to look at, but I assure you that it is an insubstantial phantom that cannot prevail against the power of your presence.
The pain-body wants to survive, just like every other entity in existence and it can only survive if it gets you to unconsciously identify with it. It can then rise up, take you over, `become you' and live through you. It needs to get its `food' through you. It will feed on any experience that resonates with its own kind of energy, anything that creates further pain in whatever form: anger, destructiveness, hatred, grief, emotional drama, violence and even disease. So that the pain-body, when it takes you over, will create a situation in your life that creates its own energy frequency to feed on. Pain can only feed on pain. Pain cannot feed on joy. It finds it quite indigestible.
When you start to misidentify and become the watcher, the pain-body will try to trick you into identifying with it again. Although you are no longer energizing it through your identification, it has a certain momentum, just like a spinning wheel it will keep turning for a while, even though it is not being propelled. When you are present enough, it cannot control your thinking.
When a dark mood comes over you and you start getting into a negative mind-pattern, your thinking has become aligned with the pain-body and you have become unconscious (to be identified with some mental or emotional pattern) and vulnerable to the pain-body's attack.
To summarize the process - focus attention on the feeling inside you. Know that it is the pain-body. Accept that it is there. Don't think about it - don't let the feeling turn into thinking. Don't judge or analyze. Don't make an identity for yourself out of it. Stay present and continue to be the observer of what is happening inside of you. Become aware not only of the emotional pain but also of 'the one who observes' what is happening inside of you. Become aware of not only the emotional pain but also of `the one' who observes, the silent watcher. This is the power of the Now, the power of your own conscious presence.
On page 140 Tolle writes that - as a general rule, the major obstacle for men tends to be the thinking mind and the obstacle for women is the pain-body, although in certain individual cases, the opposite may be true and in others the two factors may be equal.
HOW TO DISSOLVE THE PAIN-BODY
You can achieve the conscious no thought state of mind by BEING AWARE OF THE GAP BETWEEN TWO THOUGHTS AND FOCUSING YOUR AWARENESS WITH IT. This will enter you into the Now.
THE STOMACH AS A TRUE INDICATOR
Notice that your stomach is a true indicator of your bodies feelings. It talks to you of how it feels and therefore, how you feel. If you really want to know your mind, the body will always give you a truthful reflection. The thought will be the lie, the emotion will be the truth, the relative truth of your state of Mind, at that time. The stomach is a gauge for your breathing and releasing your troublesome thoughts. You may start off by taking a few minutes to release/breathe every hour, or when a thought enters your mind. It's up to you in your choice.
When the mind connects with the body, emotion is created. When we don't connect with those emotions, they appear in physical form as a dis-ease. With a connection, emotions come either from love or fear. Fear based emotions can overtake us if allowed and appear as the pain-body, as noted above. When you bring the light of your consciousness into the pain, it cannot survive the awareness. It has taught you by it's presence and is sent back to the universe. By cradling this fear as you would a baby, you give love to your fear.Spirit wants to get your attention, so that self awareness can lead to enlightenment. It starts with a whisper, leading to conversation loudness, then louder voices, then shouting and so it progressively goes to an life altering dis-ease, then to a life ending ill-ness. Ideally we react to the whisper, but we typically go through a lot of pain before we `get it` and acknowledge and act on the message.
HELPING POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER PART 1
Recent MRI evidence shows brain reactions are similar to the original event, as such repeated negative thoughts can be disturbing. The comments below may help stop this repeat negative thought reactions. Vernon Howard says snap out of it. Next. Eckhart Tolle clarifies a way to breathe it out, while the third approach by Loyd lets your spirit deal with it.
"A chief cause of unhappiness is what is called mental movies. Mental movies are a misuse of the imagination. You know how it goes. You have a painful experience with someone, then run it over and over in your mind. You visualize what you said, what he did, how you both felt. To break out be aware that you ARE running a mental movie. Be conscious of its mechanical hold on your mind. Then, by deliberate choice, break it off. Shake your head and break it off. Now, at this instant, take a quick look. Where is your pain? It is not there. It has disappeared. You have now accomplished something great. You have proved that you CAN snap the film and its tyrannical pain. You are free and you are free RIGHT NOW.

HELPING POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER PART 2
This was written by Tolle. As for your past events and memories, don't try to block them out. When they come to your attention, notice them and give them acknowledgement, then breathe them out. They will keep coming back, in harder and harder forms, until you acknowledge them. To get caught up in them - to get caught up in the drama of them again - will replant them further and further within. Notice the memory, any emotions or bodily responses, then breathe them out. Breathing puts you in the present and allows you to release - to clean, clear, organize and reorganize. Breathe.
Go into your breath when you notice any symptom. Whatever the situation, whatever the symptom, whenever we hang onto what we think it's about, we limit it from being all that it is about. Perhaps the `negative' thought has been a symptom. Let it go...like putting it in a balloon and letting it go up, up and away... release it, not through your thoughts but through a letting it go on it's own journey. Breathe, with no thought...with a quiet mind, a peaceful mind, and an open heart. No thought. What we think we know...thinking we know what it's about keeps it in a box...let it out of the box and allow it to be whatever it is ..and it most often is way beyond our awareness. Breathe.

When you breathe, the breath enters through your feet, like a straw sucking from the unending sea of consciousness and moves up through the legs, chest and body, down through the arms and hands and back up the arms to the head. Notice the breath inside your physical and inner bodies.
The exhale breathe leaves through your feet. This is your spiritual body feeling our breath.
You may decide to visualize the in-breath as white and the out-breath a black.
THE 10 SECOND INSTANT RELIEF EXERCISE, OR INSTANT IMPACT from The Healing Code by Lold.

The healing hand on 4 facial positions pages 222 - 223 is designed to neutralize a negative emotion with a Truth Focus Statement that helps counter unhealthy beliefs. The book The Healing Code by Lloyd adjusted my blood tests to extremely healthy levels and healed my father's heart murmur.

Simply breathe in the Life that is all around you. Breathe deeply, with the natural rhythm of Life, for an extended period. Sit or lie quietly while you do this.
Now as you inhale, feel yourself taking in the energy of Life. After breathing deeply for awhile, imagine this energy of Life entering through a portal at the top of your head. Watch with your internal eye as the breath courses through your body. As you exhale, let it exhale through your feet. Do this a number of times. Scan your body with your mind.
Now, imagine filling your brain with this energy. Feel the oxygen fill your brain, feeding and nourishing the cells there. Feed the cells in your brain expand. Do this intentionally for seven minutes.
You may feel light-headed after this. Do not worry about that. You may feel light-headed because you will be light-headed. You have sent the golden-white light of the energy of life to your brain. You have directed it there, intentionally. This lightens your brain cells. You may feel a sense of enlightenment. WHAT ARE ETHERIC CORDS?
Etheric cords are the hardened forms of dysfunction, which you can notice with your psychic senses. Etheric cords create a conduit for energy to run between two people. The person at the other end of the etheric cord, can drain your energy without your conscious awareness, or send negative energy to you.
The cords are hollow tubes, and energy runs back and forth between the attached persons. These are fear based cords which are always unhealthy and based upon dysfunction. They have nothing to do with the love or healthy part of the relationship. Etheric cords are unrelated to the silver cord, which attaches the soul to the body. Newer cords are thinner than more established cords, so that less energy can be drained from you or tossed at you.
HOW TO CUT AN ETHERIC CORD
Archangel Michael carries a sword that cuts all attachments to negativity. Simply think the thought, Archangel Michael I call upon you now. Please cut the cords of fear that are draining my energy and vitality. Sit quietly while he cuts your cords. He´ll send healing energy through your severed cords to both you and the other person.
Sensitive people will feel bodily and air pressure changes as Archangel Michael cuts the cords, followed by increased energy and a reduction or cessation of pain.

VACUUMING LOWER ENERGIES
With this method you and Archangel Michael are vacuuming away any lower energies such as psychic debris, fearful energy and entities. This method is especially effective for calming hyperactivity, lessening aggressive behaviour, decreasing addictive cravings and smoothing our mood swings. Mentally ask Archangel Michael to join you, along with his band of mercy angels, Notice that Michael is carrying a vacuum tube. Decide whether to turn the vacuum´s successive speed on low, medium, high, or extra-high. Work with Michael to place the vacuum tube through the crown chakra and into the person´s head. Vacuum all around the inside of the head, suctioning away any areas of darkness. Pay attention to the areas around the jaw and around the brain.
Vacuum down the throat and then move the vacuum tube into the chest cavity. Vacuum all the organs. Vacuum all of the organs, including the ovaries on a female and the prostate on a male.

ENERGETIC SHIELDING AND PSYCHIC PROTECTION
It´s important to energetically shield yourself whenever you´re going to be in a situation with lower energies, like a public place, or around ailing or angry people.To shield yourself, just imagine, think, or see yourself in whatever colour light you choose. You can also shield others, or objects such as vehicles or homes. Shields wear off so you will need to re-apply every 12 hours or so.
Here are some colours to use depending on the situation you´re in:
White light is good for protection against crime or physical attack.
Pink light protects you against negativity, like situations with negative minded people, complaining or gossipy people, as only love can permeate a pink shield.
Green light is a physical healing shield. Use the green light for someone who´s injured or ill.
Purple light for psychic protection. Shields against psychic attach or entities.
Mirrored ball is for when you feel vulnerable. All negative energy bounce away from the ball.
Lead shield is the ultimate against negativity.
Triple shield is when you pick three or more of the colours and layer them on top of yourself for complete protection.
WHAT ARE ENTITIES?
Entities are thought-forms of fear, which have life-form. They´re products of the ego, not of love, so they don´t really exist in truth. However, if we´re in a period of time where we´re really afraid, we can be affected by entity attachment.
Earthbound spirits are decreased humans who haven´t gone to the light in the afterlife plane. Most of them don´t realize they´re dead. They´re attached to earth because of the addictions they had when they died; and often hang around pubs, bars, and places where drugs are used to secure a vicarious high from living addicts.
Sometimes earthbound spirits are afraid to go to go to the afterlife plane because of hellfire and damnation beliefs. Other earthbound spirits are so attached to their homes that they don´t want to leave. This is where ghosts come from. Earthbound spirits listen to living people, instead of angels or ascended masters because their spirits think they´re alive.
There are many ways to release these entities as clarified on pages 238-239 of Angel Medicine book, which include calling for help from any deceased person who love and care for the earthbound, Ask Archangel Michael remove the entities. Ask Michael to cut the cords that deceased may have with the living. Pushing or extracting entities, or chakra clearing.
THINKING IS A FORM OF ENERGY
Thinking is a form of energy that happens to you all the time. Some thinking happens to you, like breathing, digestion, circulation, that the greatest part of most people's thinking is involuntary, automatic, and repetitive. It is no more than a kind of mental static and fulfills no real purpose, but some thinking involves the human mind that seems to be hooked on my, me and my story.
This constant mind chatter keeps the negative emotions alive and personalizes everything and you become identified with that voice in your head, with its repetitive thought patterns and that is what most people are trapped in. It makes up their superficial personality with all their, the continuous repetitive judgment, and likes, and dislikes and prejudices and whatever makes up the content of their egoic mind. So people are trapped in that and derive a sense of self from that, which is ultimately insubstantial, conditioned by the past and not who they are with its repetitive thought patterns. And that is what most people are trapped in this addiction to these negative thoughts in our head, which is at the root of humanity's problems.
When you become aware of this you start the awakening and realize that there is a voice in the head that doesn't stop speaking. When you realize, "Oh there's..." and then you begin to realize what kinds of things the voice is saying: repetitive judgments and so on, negative thoughts about yourself, about other people, about situations you are in. Especially all these repetitive negative thoughts that many people are trapped with. You become aware of that. The power to stop the pain-body comes in with your awareness that there is a voice.
Nothing ever happened in the past that can prevent you from the present moment. Many people are so attached to the past that they carry a burden, like carrying a huge sack on your back, a burden. You're identified with that. And they believe that they're unable to be present because the past prevents them from being present. But it can't do that. You can step out of the stream of thinking. Take your attention into present, and immediately the past no longer has that power over you.
The core of all this is the pain-body. Any negative emotion that is not fully faced and seen for what it is in the moment it arises does not completely dissolve. The energy field of old but still very much alive emotion that lives in almost every human being is the pain-body.
So first realization is that there is something in me that seeks unhappiness, that seeks unpleasant experiences, that seeks more negativity because it feeds on those things. And if you can recognize that as it arises, then you're no longer totally at the mercy of it.
Those things, negative thoughts, will feed to the pain-body. That is one of the favorite ways pain-body to feed is on your own thinking. So this is very important for people to realize, to observe within themselves that periodically in many people, an addiction to negativity arises.
The pain-body is the emotional aspect of the ego. So, really, pain-body is part of the ego, and it's a very unhappy entity. But because its very existence consists of this unhappy vibration, it does not want an end to its unhappiness because an end to its unhappiness is the end to the pain-body.
Because pain-bodies are very cunning, very clever they know exactly what will make you unconscious and what will make you react. It's a creature that's like an alien force inside of us.
Although the body is very intelligent, it cannot tell the difference between an actual situation and a thought. It reacts to every thought as if it were a reality. It doesn't know it's just a thought. To the body, a worrisome, fearful thought means 'I'm in danger,' and it responds accordingly. There is a buildup of energy, but since the danger is only a mental fiction, the energy has no outlet. The rest of the energy turns toxic, interferes with the harmonious functioning of the body, and that is what makes people sick.
So it's very important to clear up your mind so that you stop the continuous negativity of the egoic self-talk, as we call it. So recognize it, and then step out of that stream of thinking into the present moment, take one or two conscious breaths. You've stepped out of the stream of thinking. Or feel the inner body, feel the aliveness in your arms, your hands, your legs. Put your attention there.
You have stepped out of the stream of thinking. Or look at something and bring your full consciousness to the act of perception. For example, a tree or a flower, anything natural is best. Look at anything natural. Give it your full attention that takes you out of the stream of thinking. Or any natural sound, a bird, the wind.
THE POWER OF THE NOW MOMENT
After the mind is ready to relax and be in conscious no thought, you can rise above thought and be in the moment where the constant thinking stops. To the ego, only the past and future matter, it is always trying to keep the past alive and projects itself into the future as it expects fulfillment there. When you think of a present feeling, by definition the present becomes the past. The solution is to be in the moment of conscious no thought. Be in your breathe. Even the present is seen as a means to an end, an end that lies in the mind projected future. The present no thought moment holds the key to liberation.
ACCESSING THE POWER OF NOW
As Tolle writes in Practising the Power of Now, you can do this to access the power of Now. Follow the breath with your attention as it moves in and out of your body. Breathe into your body and feel your abdomen expanding and contracting slightly with each inhalation and exhalation.
If you find it easy to visualize, close your eyes and see yourself surrounded by light, or immersed in a luminous substance - a sea of consciousness. Then breathe in that light. Feel that luminous substance filling up your body and making it luminous also.
HOW TO DISSOLVE NEGATIVE THINKING
I (Tolle) was writing The Power of Now, and writing about accumulated emotions. And then I was taking a break and went into the park and sat on a bench by a pond, and I saw two ducks approaching on the pond, and suddenly, maybe one duck or, one duck got close, too close to the other. Suddenly they started getting into a fight. It lasted for about 30 seconds, and then they both separated, swam off in opposite directions. They were still agitated, both of them, and then both ducks kind of lifted themselves up on the water and vigorously flapped their wings a few times. They almost stood up on the water, and moving on. And then suddenly they were totally peaceful again and swam off.
The example of the ducks is right on as negative energy takes it's toll when stored. We humans can release unwanted negative energy by letting it go and not dwell on it.
BEING FULLY PRESENT
Walsch refers to Dass and Tolle, and writes on page 232 of Home With God, that one way of achieving this state of being is to look into your own eyes in a mirror. This method is deceptively simple and an incredibly powerful tool.
The trick is to not turn away if this deep looking becomes uncomfortable. If you are able to hold your own gaze for more than a count of ten you will begin to experience such compassion and love for yourself that you will almost not know what to do with with that feeling. It could be very difficult for you to take in this feeling if you are not used to loving yourself - and most people, sadly, are not. Just be with the feeling and embrace it.
Continue looking deeply and more deeply into your own eyes. If you used a hand mirror, you can be sitting when you go this. Now, all at once, after looking deeply into your own eyes for as long as you can, simply and quickly close your eyes and be will the feeling that follows. Very often you feel merged with this Essence. This could last only a moment, or for the rest of the day.
What you are seeing when you look deeply into the eyes of yourself or another is the soul. The eyes are the windows of the soul.

LIFE IS A DECISION CONVEYOR
As Walsch writes, it conveys to the world the decisions that you've made about yourself. it tells people what you've decided about who you are and what you've made about yourself and what life is all about.
These decisions have greater impact than you could ever guess. They touch people in ways that go far beyond what you might have imagined.
Yet it does not begin by trying to change the world. It begins by seeking to change the self. Change the self and your inner world changes, the outer world that you touch changes. Little by little, outward and outward and outward it spreads, like a ripple in a pond.
RELATIONSHIPS EXPLAINED
Okay, so this may shock you in the belief that the child chooses their parents based on the trait the child chooses to address. It is part of their life plan determined in the spirit world, before you take a physical form on earth. You experience first hand the effects, of the trait you choose to address. You are conditioned to feel this trait as normal.
Years later you are drawn to an individual who feeds this trait and the healing can begin, if you are "conscious" to it and choose to act on it.
Dr. Hendrix is the founder of the Imago Relationship Theory, which he says is a way to transform an "unconscious relationship" into a "conscious partnership."
"[Imago] helps couples understand how the problems they have in a relationship in the present are connected to issues that are left over from childhood," he says. "Most of the stuff that's going on in a relationship has its roots in the past-we say about 90 percent in the past, and it's triggered by about 10 percent of the behaviours in the past.
Contrary to our culture's model, Dr. Hendrix says intimate relationships are not really about romance. "It's an amazing thing that you're drawn together, in the romantic phase, to somebody who's similar to the worst traits of all the negative traits combined of all your caretakers," he says. "A romantic phase is an anaesthesia. It's like nature is keeping you from knowing what it's about to set you up to do, which is to heal each other's childhood wounds."
Dr. Oz says Dr. Hendrix's theory has medical backing. When you are first in love, he says your body releases natural chemicals like dopamine, which is related to addiction, and oxytocin. "That makes you feel love and warm and cuddly," Dr. Oz says.
The romantic phase-with its natural high from chemicals-begins to wear away after a few years, Dr. Oz says. "Which sort of makes sense because that way the child is old enough that if the pair splits, the child can make it," he says. "That's why I think you have to reinvent the marriage every five to seven years. You've got to reconnect!
Dr. Harville's first exercise was to find out how a couple describe their dream marriage, using an Imago technique called "mirroring." In this exercise, one partner is supposed to let the other be heard without judgment. "Most of the time, we talk and we don't listen," he says. "When you mirror, you have to sort of quiet your own mind so you can let in what's coming from the other person. By repeating what you thoughts you heard, you can attain true communication and therefore validation.
On a personal note, have a moment of anger as a way of releasing and expressing your feelings. Ideally it can lead to a verbal or non-verbal validation from the other person. Then let it go, as repeating it at a later time keeps it alive. Too many of these stored feelings can only play on you and eat you up, eventually erupting in a life changing moment. In summary, give these feelings a voice and then release them. This is critical!
What makes a new relationship so complicated, is that all this happens during the chemical high found in the first stages of a relationship, leaving you feeling that how can something that feels so good and so right, result in a hardship. As a rule always follow your heart but have the awareness, that when this phase ends, a reinvention of yourself needs to kick in.
As a couple we grow at different rates of consciousness, so please be patient with each other in the time it takes.
Look at it from this example, as written by Tolle - I was writing The Power of Now, and writing about accumulated emotions. And then I was taking a break and went into the park and sat on a bench by a pond, and I saw two ducks approaching on the pond, and suddenly, maybe one duck or, one duck got close, too close to the other. Suddenly they started getting into a fight. It lasted for about 30 seconds and then they both separated, swam off in opposite directions. They were still agitated, both of them, and then both ducks kind of lifted themselves up on the water and vigorously flapped their wings a few times. They almost stood up on the water, and then suddenly they were totally peaceful again and swam off. They were doing cleansing breath. And I realized at that moment I had actually been writing about this, and the ducks were showing me how they let go of what otherwise would have become accumulated negativity in the body, and so their instinctive natural intelligence takes over, which is to, think it off. All the ducks after a fight do that. And immediately that clearing, the energy gets dissipated, and they are totally peaceful afterwards. And then, of course, they don't have the human mind, which repeats the story of, "How dare you come over to my side of the pond again, this is my territory and I'll protect it!."
How you choose to deal with the accumulated negative emotions that grow with a relationship can erupt in the overbearing unhappiness, leading to a troubled relationship, then separation, then divorce and a new relationship that repeats the cycle. It trains your children, and on it goes. It´s your life to live!
RELATIONSHIPS IN OTHER WORDS
Relationships with a spouse or partner fail more than they succeed. This conflict is actually growth trying to happen. Dr. Hendrix believes that we unconsciously choose a partner, an 'Imago match,' who has positive and negative traits similar to your parents.
This parent/partner experience happens on a physical plane that represents a possible enhancement of our Spirit, if we choose it. This also happens in the non-physical world, that shows you clearly of the lost opportunities. When we shed our physical body, and enter the non-physical world, we go through Atonement (at one-ment) in the Spirit world, where we feel our effects of our actions on others.
Even your children are a reflection of yourself, both of your strengths and weaknesses. Opportunities for learning are with you and wait for the right time for your free will response. It is like your atonement opportunity, but while in the physical form. Your children are a message your future will never see. In this way, your traits if left unattended, will be continued until we get it right.
When we truly get it, we experience that what we put out, is reflected back to us, many times over. This is part of our feeling and encouraging the change in our inner self.
WHAT IS FORGIVENESS AND WHY SHOULD I PRACTICE IT?
There are two types of forgiveness. One you do for another, and one you do for yourself.
The forgiveness you do for another is the false forgiveness and keeps you further in bondage and pain because you never fully release the other person. Therefore the pain stays within you. Normally you say, "this time I forgive you, but next time I won't". Forgiveness never places conditions.
The other type of forgiveness is the type you do for yourself. You realize that if you don't forgive the other person, YOU will suffer inside. The burning fires of hell are in you when you don't forgive others. It will poison your entire energy system allowing sickness and disease to enter.
IS LOVE THE ANSWER FOR EVRYTHING?
Love is your natural state. If you are not feeling the powerful emotion of love, something must be out of balance. You have lost your way.
When you were created, all you knew was love, in fact you are love. You were then slowly programmed by society to experience other false emotions.
There are two emotions you have experienced. One is love, and one is fear. One is real, and one is false, and you cannot experience them together. When it is a cloudy day, you cannot see the blue sky anymore, it is obscured by your dark perception.
To regain your natural birthright, you must learn, over time, to remove the dark clouds which blind you from love. Then, and only then, will you see that you don´t have to look for love outside of you. It was there within you all the time.
